Reservations
Hotel reservations and spa booking - All reservations and bookings are subject to availability at the preferred venues. Treatment time, if applicable, will be reserved at the time of booking but it is the responsibility of the client to specify the treatment required before arrival at the venue. Please be aware that suitability of treatments must be checked direct with the hotel/spa and no liability will be accepted by Spa, Hotel & Pamper breaks.
Pricing
All prices quoted are correct at the time they are entered on the website and may vary without prior notice at the venue’s discretion. Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks will endeavour to ensure all advertised prices are updated on a regular basis.
Cancellations/non-arrivals
All confirmed bookings will be subject to the specific venue’s terms and conditions of business which accompanies your confirmation documentation.
Payment
All bookings are to be paid in full prior to receiving written confirmation by the agreed payment methods accepted by Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks. Any bookings made by cheque will not be confirmed in writing until cleared funds have been received. All bookings will be subject to an arrangement fee as listed below:
- Credit/debit cards
- £3.50 per transaction on payment between £1-£199
- £5.50 per transaction on payments between £200-£299
- £8.50 per transaction on payments over £300
- Cheques
- £2 per cheque
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Spa Hotel and Pamper Breaks’ and posted to 14 Coppice View, Redhill, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH10 6AU.
Refunds
No refunds will be given unless requested within 7 days of purchase (or as otherwise agreed with Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks) and will be subject to a 10% administration charge. Any payment charges as listed above are non-refundable. No refunds will be offered by Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks due to adverse weather or traffic conditions, acts of war or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any additional expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and not subject to refunds by Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks.
Complaints
All complaints must be dealt with directly with the venue’s appointed management representative during your visit. Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks will endeavour to ensure that all services and facilities are as specified by the venue and cannot be held responsible for any deviations. Any comment or observations will be gladly received by Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks but all complaints made remain the responsibility of the venue.
Data Protection
Spa, Hotel & Pamper Breaks do not retain any client financial details. No personal information including contact address, telephone number or email address will be shared with any other third parties except with the chosen venue.
